Please treat the apartment, furniture and equipment with care. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Quiet hours must be respected, especially after 10:00 p.m. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Please ventilate regularly to prevent mold. Waste must be separated and disposed of properly. Shared areas must be left clean. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. Pets only by prior agreement. Upon move-out, the apartment must be returned clean and complete.
