Noise pollution/quiet times: Please only use the radio and television at room volume. No parties may be held (please be considerate of surrounding neighbors so that the next guests are received as friendly as you are). The night's rest is to be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Your duty of care: Please close all windows and doors before leaving the property. In the event of burglary or theft, we assume no liability. Also make sure that all lights and the stove and oven are turned off.
