Location: Restaurants: 1 min; start of Terrassenufer: 1.1 km; Elbe River: 100 m; tram stop: 100 m; supermarket: 100 m. The apartment is on the 5th floor; unfortunately, we don’t have an elevator yet.

This small apartment is located just 100 meters from the Elbe River and a little over one kilometer from Dresden’s world-famous Terrassenufer and the start of the Baroque Old Town. The lively Neustadt district is also right across the river on the other side of the Elbe. Trams, buses, and a supermarket are all nearby.
