night rest from 10pm to 7am, loud music or loud work of any kind is not allowed during these times maximum stay of visitors 2 weeks, maximum 2 persons no bbq on the balcony(electric, coal, any kind) the equipment, especially the laundry machine and stove/oven have to be handled respectfully and cleaned on a regular basis to avoid severe damage. The usage of electric heaters or similar equipment is strictly forbidden due to security and insurance reasons.
