The apartment is completely furnished, has an equipped built-in kitchen with a fridge, an oven with a glas-ceramic cooktop, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher among other things. There is also a washing machine (with a dryer, 2-in-1) in a niche in the antechamber hidden behind a curtain. Additionally there is some furniture and curtains in the other rooms (as you can see on the pictures), including a bed with a mattress and an artificial palm tree, which can me moved to the cellar, if not needed...
