The property is only a 15-minute walk from Frechen Königsdorf station. Cologne train station and Deutz/Messe can be reached by S-Bahn in 17-19 minutes. The entire property has been recently renovated. The entire property is heated with underfloor heating and has electric shutters on all windows.
