Da es sich um eine befristete Vermietung handelt, weisen wir darauf hin, dass der Mietzeitraum klar definiert ist (15.12.2024 bis 28.03.2025). Der Mietvertrag enthält die Befristung und den Grund ( Auslandsaufenthalt). Nach Ablauf der Frist endet das Mietverhältnis automatisch. Informationen zur Müllentsorgung werden ausgehändigt. Ruhezeiten sind wie überall einzuhalten. Im Falle von Schäden ist eine Haftpflichversicherung vom Mieter vorzulegen.
