Hackescher Markt and Friedrichstrasse, Museum Island, Gendarmenmarkt and the hip Oranienstrasse are just a few minutes away, as is the Spree with its extensive promenade. The local transport connections are very good: the Spittelmarkt station and two bus lines are almost underground on the doorstep. The house was designed by the architect Tobias Nöfer and has a view of the so-called Beuth-Höfe.
