1. Check in Time: 4pm on day of moving in Check Out time : 10 am on last day of moving out 2. The flat rate for the final cleaning requires regular cleaning of the apartment by the tenant during the rental period and a thoroughly cleaned and tidy apartment at the end of the rental period. 3. After conclusion of the rental agreement, the first month's rent must be transferred within 48 hours, otherwise the rental agreement will be cancelled by the landlord at wunderflats.
