Normas de la casa
The Deposit has to be paid with the signing of the contract. The whole apartment has to be handled very careful and has to be given back in the same condition like it was given to the tenant. It is documented via photographs on the day of move in. The use of water and electricity is covered by a ground value of 50€ per person and per month.
