Flat.4: We have a beautiful and unique flat and im sure you will feel peaceful and quiet here. You will even have for own balcony and garden. Only for females and minimum stay is 2 months. The flat is located in nature but there is a bus stop and within a short amount of time your in Zehlendorf center and from there you can take the S1 Line to the center of Berlin or Potsdam. Mindestaufenthalt : 93 Tage. You have to stay with us for at least 93 Days. ( German Law )

Wir legen großen Wert auf Ordnung und Reinlichkeit. Bitte räumt auf und achtet auf die Gegenstände. Vielen Dank. Ihr müsst die Wohnung selber putzen, aber ich bezahle euch als Unterstützung eine Reinigungskraft die ein bis zweimal in der Woche kommt. Sie hat einen Schlüssel und kommt immer am Dienstag und/oder Donnerstag zwischen 7-10 Uhr Morgends. Extra Gäste sind nur nach Absprache und für 10 € extra pro Nacht erlaubt. Rauchen und Partys sind strikt verboten. Tierhaltung nur nach Absprache.
