The flat is currently cleaned every 2 weeks on Mondays, but the frequency can be increased if required. The staircase and building grounds are maintained by a company. The bus stop with the line to the main station/Cologne Cathedral is approx. 50m away. A local shop, bakery, doctors etc. are within walking distance. Kindergarten, school, church and various club activities are also available. The Otto-Maigler-See, approx. 500m away, invites you to chill out, jog, bike, swim or take a walk.
