Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants are waiting just round the corner, 5 minutes away there is the canal with the magnificent view of the sunsets from Admiralbrücke. In 2 minutes you are at Kottbusser Damm and the now very popular area of Neukölln with its big variety of bars, cafes, shops and busy nightlife. The flat is located in the 4th floor and is therefore bright and sunny.

Please keep the noise down and the windows to the courtyard shut after 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours. Also please make sure you don't download any movies with bit torrent or similar as the laws are really tough in Germany and i unfortunately already once had a long lawsuit because of that.No se permiten mascotas
