The apartment is newly renovated, kitchen and bathroom are completely new. The apartment is located on the first floor of an EFH - I myself live directly above it, so if something (broken) should happen, I am usually there and can help. Da das Haus recht hellhörig ist, ist es nur für Mieter geeignet, denen an RUHE liegt, und die selbige auch pflegen. Forcefully slamming the doors and widows is NOT allowed. This is partly an old half-timbered house with a mutual firewall to the neighbourring house, so extreme noise or vibrations are felt in the whole building. If you have issues with that you need to look for a modern apartment with perfect insulation.
