The flat is let fully furnished and equipped. It is suitable only for single people or a couple living together. The monthly rent includes the standard utility costs for heating, hot and cold water, sewage, waste collection, etc. The rent also covers the costs of electricity, internet and the TV licence fee. The aforementioned costs are based on an average 1–2 person household. A deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is payable upon signing the tenancy agreement.
