Smoking ONLY outside on the balcony with the door and window to the apartment closed. No parties (no loud music after 21:00). Additional guests, not originally listed, must be pre-approved. No pets (unless previously approved). Respect the neighbors. Report any damages or lost items. The wifi password will be given out upon the agreement to legal/safety terms.
