Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Noise should be avoided after 10pm. Per washing 2,00 € Parking is available on request. Reservation must be made in advance. Price: 22€/day From 01.01.2023, a culture and tourism tax (KTT) must be paid for business AND private stays. This tax is based on the price per night and room up to 62 nights. The KTT is not included in the rate and is listed separately in the payment request and collected together with the total amount.
