Our 45m2 flats are generously furnished and offer all amenities for short and longer stays. Nothing is missing in the fully equipped kitchen. Coffee & tea are provided and kitchen utensils are also provided. Had a hard day at work & want to relax? How about watching a film or your favourite series? As a guest they can use everything in the apartment. You can use coffee and tea as well as free wifi. You will also get a 10% discount on your meals in the house restaurant. Please note. This is a non-smoking apartment. Penalty for smoking in the property - 300 euros. No parties and no pets are allowed in the apartments. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Penalty for violating the silence rule (22.00-7.00) or organizing parties - 200 euros.
