Quiet pets welcome on request. No cats. Dogs only allowed if they do not bite any furnishings. The apartment could be used by a third person, e.g. with your child. Per default, only the 1 box spring bed (160cm x 200cm) is available in the large bed room. Optionally if you are book for 3-4 persons the third room will be open with another comfortable box spring bed for 2 persons (160cm x 200cm).

Smoking and parties not allowed. No loud noises or disruptive behavior after 10 pm. Pet fee 100 EUR per stay. Out of consideration for other guests, please no animas on beds and sofas. The monthly rent includes one bedroom with a double bed. Two residents or groups who wish to have the second bedroom with the double bed in addition pay 150 EUR per month per additional guest.
