From the flat, tram and bus stops (Salinenstraße) as well as train stops (Nordbahnhof) are only a few minutes' walk away. There is a large Rewe supermarket and a McFit gym, both within walking distance. Ilversgehofen is Erfurt's artists' neighborhood and only a stone's throw from the city centre. There are many students here who spend their time in trendy bars and pubs. Magdeburger Allee is the main street of the neighborhood, where you can find all kinds of shops.
