The apartment has a spacious and sunny living room with a big balcony a bed room and a separate office / guestroom with a sleeping sofa. Perfectly located in the middle of city west, 5 min walk from famous Ku’damm. Supermarket, organic supermarket, bakeries and pharmacy are all within a 5 min walk. Subway stations Adenauer Platz, Konstanzer Strasse as well as bus stops are close by.

It is possible to rent a parking space on the premises and we can also organize a weekly cleaning of the apartment if necessary. Furthermore, internet, electricity and heating and all other utility costs are included in the rent. Attention: The calculations are done for a two person household. For one to max two additional tenants living in the apartment we charge an additional 50 euro/ month.
