The apartment shall get professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. The cost amounts to 40 euros and is payable directly to the cleaning lady by the tenant. If the utility costs for heating, hot water and electricity exceed the estimated average consumption or the average costs of the last 2 years by more than 20%, the landlord reserves the right to increase the total rent accordingly during the term of the contract or to claim these additional costs by offsetting them against the security deposit.
