The apartment can not be entered with street shoes. The house community is quiet and friendly. The normal house rules are part of the rental contract and are attached to the contract as annex (1). The apartment is not suitable for children. The apartment is cleaned obligatory, every 2 weeks (deviations by arrangement). The service fee per cleaning is 65,00€ gross and will be charged separately by the landlady.
