The apartment, located on the 2. floor of a Berlin Altbau, is fully furnished and rented all-inclusive. The rental price includes the cost of the living space and furnishings. Additionally, all ancillary, heating, and hot water costs, as well as electricity costs, are covered. A 200,000 Mbps internet contract has already been arranged and is included. We also take care of the GEZ contributions. After the contract is signed we are available to assist with any issues for 10 hours on weekdays. ...
