The location is quiet, but with great transport connection, by urban train, you'll get to the city center in only 10 min. The famous “Königsallee” and old city center are only ~10 min. walking distance away. Please treat my furniture and personal belongings with care and respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels down. I expect to find the apartment in the same condition it was when it was handed over to you. And please respect the non-smoking policy inside the entire building. No guests, pets or parties allowed!
