Since we were already hosting from Easter 2022, I now have a certain routine for this. We have a lot of peace and quiet, no urban hustle and bustle. No loud noises or disruptive behavior after 10pm. To avoid mold, ventilation requirements must be observed. Non-smokers preferred. For insurance reasons, it is not permitted to smoke or light candles in the building. No open fires in the building.
