There is a Minut sensor in the studio. This measures, among other things, the decibels, room temperature and humidity in the room and sounds an alarm in the event of glass breakage (burglary) and fire hazard. Removal of the sensor is not permitted. No parking spaces on the property. Parcel acceptance on site is unfortunately not possible. - Packstations are nearby. Intermediate cleanings are included in the rental price (including bed linen & towel change).
