🚭 NON-SMOKING. This is a non-smoking apartment (even with windows open). We kindly ask our guests not to smoke inside the apartment under any circumstances. Failure to respect this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and charges for any damages (e.g. if the apartment cannot be re-rented, damage to furniture, walls, etc.). 🚫 Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Out of respect for the neighbors, please avoid noise disturbances between 10 PM and 7 AM.
