The flat is perfectly located in a quiet and beautiful alley with trees in one of the nicest areas of the city. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants are waiting just round the corner, 5 minutes away there is the canal with the magnificent view of the sunsets from Admiralbrücke. In 2 minutes you are at Kottbusser Damm and the now very popular area of Neukölln with its big variety of bars, cafes, shops and busy nightlife. The flat is located in the 4th floor and is therefore bright and sunny.
