Da es sich um eine befristete Vermietung handelt, weisen wir darauf hin, dass der Mietzeitraum klar definiert ist (15.12.2024 bis 28.03.2025). Der Mietvertrag enthält die Befristung und den Grund ( Auslandsaufenthalt). Nach Ablauf der Frist endet das Mietverhältnis automatisch. Informationen zur Müllentsorgung werden ausgehändigt. Ruhezeiten sind wie überall einzuhalten. Im Falle von Schäden ist eine Haftpflichversicherung vom Mieter vorzulegen.Домашние животные допускаются при соблюдении условий
