The apartment is subject to the building’s Hausordnung/expectations, which is in place to ensure a respectful and pleasant living environment for all residents. In particular, tenants are asked to observe the designated quiet hours, keep common areas clean, follow waste separation guidelines, and respect neighbourly consideration. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace with the doors closed. The full Hausordnung will be provided upon move-in.
