It is located directly in the city center in the heart of Dresden, the trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and cultural institutions in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe is within walking distance. The city center and the Technical University are easy to reach.

The apartment is fully equipped and offers an all-round carefree package. Please note that the city of Dresden charges an accommodation tax of 6%. This will be collected by me during the stay and paid to the city. Losing the key costs €200 The apartment is handed over cleaned and is returned by the tenant in a cleaned condition
