It offers an all-round carefree package with complete equipment. It is located in the central district of Dresden-Neustadt. There are numerous restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The city center is very easy to reach by public transport. There is free parking in the near of at the apartment!

The apartment is fully equipped. Please note that the city of Dresden charges an accommodation tax of 6%. This will be collected by me during the stay and paid to the city. Losing the key costs €200 The apartment is handed over cleaned and is returned by the tenant in a cleaned condition
