PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION We're thinking of moving into the apartment with our children in early summer 2024; we're short-term renting it in the meantime. The apartment is very suitable for a couple or a family. We plan on using the smallest room behind the children's room as our bedroom and study and find this will work well for families with children who are not yet teenagers. This way, we'll have a large, nice living room (25sqm). For older children, of course, the room layout can be changed...
