We would like you to know that the Rosenthal Residence is an entire non-smoking Apartments. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in your room. It is very expensive for the hotel to remove the smell of smoke. Continuous smoking will result in a € 200.00 extra cleaning charge. The guest is liable for damage to buildings and / or furniture, caused by him, his family members or his fellow passengers. We keep a night-time peace during 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. where you have to behave quietly....
