On our property there are 3 car parking spaces for free use, subject to availability. However, if the tenant wishes to reserve a parking space, there is the possibility to rent an outdoor parking space for € 40.00 per month and an underground parking space for € 60.00 per month. The washing machine (2€/wash cycle) and dryer (1,50€/dryer cycle) are in the building. A free intermediate cleaning takes place 2x a week (incl. change of towels). The bed linen is also changed every 14 days.
