Hello! :) After three years as an Airbnb Superhost, I decided to turn my hobby into a profession and selected, designed and furnished this home specifically for Airbnb. I chose it on the one hand because of the great location between the university and the city center and on the other because of the optimal size and furnishings for guests. The facility is specially designed for holidaymakers, guests and business travelers looking for a cozy and practical second home.

The apartment is located in an apartment house in which we have a total of two apartments. They are each modern 1-room apartments with kitchen and bathroom. The many large windows make it particularly bright and friendly. We have a cozy 1.40m double bed and a cozy couch. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans and coffee, tea, spices and oil, as well as a Nescafé machine. Of course, we also offer free Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix and Amazon video access.
