This is a drugfree place and a plant lover must. Deposit is the same as the rent. Electricity and Wifi is included. Extension of stay might be possible, I have to check with my landlord and myself. This is a colorful flat, decoratively setted, every room gives a great vibe to enjoy, relax and feel well. The usage of the balcony is at the moment not recommended, cause of maintenance reasons outside. If I have to cancel my trip out of extremely important reasons, than I would stay in my small bed...
