Zur Wohnung gehört ebenso eine Waschmaschine im Waschkeller und noch ein weiterer eigener Kellerraum. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage direkt neben dem Haus kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden. Aktuell kommt alle 2 Wochen unsere Putzfrau, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Internet und Fernsehanschluss würden wir weiterlaufen lassen und in den Nebenkosten abrechnen.
