1. Check in Time: 4pm on day of moving in Check Out time : 10 am on last day of moving out 2. The flat rate for the final cleaning requires regular cleaning of the apartment by the tenant during the rental period and a thoroughly cleaned and tidy apartment at the end of the rental period. 3.
