Pets are not allowed in the apartment, unless specifically authorized in advance by the property owner. Please respect the quiet hours, especially during the night. Avoid loud noise and music that could disturb the neighbors. Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. Please take care of the property and its contents. Do not rearrange or move furniture in the apartment without permission from the property owner. Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment without permission from the property owner. Do not leave any appliances or electrical equipment on when you are not in the apartment, for safety reasons. Please do not remove any items from the apartment, including towels, linens, and kitchenware. Please respect the check-in and check-out times agreed upon with the property owner or the property manager. Please report any damages or issues with the apartment to the property owner or the property manager immediately. By following these house rules, you can ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay in the vacation apartment.
