Illegal use and misuse by third parties must be avoided, especially downloading or distributing copyrighted content. Any misuse that could result in legal consequences for third parties or the landlord is prohibited. If third-party claims arise due to misuse, the tenant is liable for the landlord (damages can amount to 10,000 euros or more).
