What happens after I’ve sent a booking request?

After you have sent a booking request for an apartment, the landlord checks your request. If the landlord confirms the request, we kindly ask you to send us all the necessary documents to create the rental agreement. We verify the correctness of your information and your financial liquidity, for example by confirming your employment. This is how we verify your stay, and we don't need any further documents from you, such as SCHUFA information. Please send us all documents as soon as possible and within 48 hours at the latest. If you need more than 48 hours to submit your documents, please let us know immediately. Otherwise your reservation will be cancelled if we do not receive the documents in time.
