When is the Wunderflats Service Fee due?
As a landlord, you will receive an invoice for the Wunderflats Service Fee after concluding the rental agreement with a tenant for the entire rental period. The same applies to a rental agreement extension with tenants referred via Wunderflats.
The Wunderflats Service Fee is due within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
