Can I pay the Wunderflats Service Fee in installments?

Landlords pay the Wunderflats Service Fee after they conclude a rental agreement.


If the rental period is at least nine months, you can request to pay the Wunderflats Service Fee via a SEPA direct debit mandate. The following conditions apply:

  • If the rental period is at least nine months, you can pay the Service Fee in a maximum of two installments.

  • For 17 months or more, you can pay it in up to three installments.

  • For a rental period of more than 25 months, up to four installments are possible.
