Can I also pay the service flat-rate in installments?

We charge the Wunderflats service flat-rate to the landlord/-lady after the conclusion of a rental agreement.

Landlords/-ladies can request to pay the service fee in installments, from a minimum rental period of nine months in connection with a SEPA direct debit mandate. 

• If the rental period is at least nine months, payment of the service fee is possible in a maximum of two instalments.

• For 17 months or more, up to three instalments can be agreed.

• For a rental period of more than 25 months, up to four instalments are possible.
