Beautifully located in the middle of "Tiergarten", Berlins biggest innercity park, you can reach whole Berlin in a jiffy. S-bahn station is right in front of the house, the nearest U-Bahn is Hansaplatz and just 10 min walk away. There you also find a supermarket and what else you might need for daily life. The flat is located in the 5th floor and is very sunny and bright. There is free parking on the premises (upon availability) which comes very handy.
