Due to the corona effects I cannot use my nice 2-room apartment in Frankfurt-Niederrad at the moment. Therefore I would like to rent it fully furnished and equipped (washing machine in the basement) for 6 months between rentals. The apartment is located in the old part of Niederrad directly at the racetrack. It is conveniently connected to both the city centre and the airport. The tram lines 12, 15 and 21 as well as the bus lines 51, 61 and 78 go directly to the front door. The S-Bahn station Niederrad (lines S8 and S9) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by tram/bus in 5 minutes. Shopping facilities are within walking distance and the Main riverbank is also within walking distance. Aufgrund der Corona-Auswirkungen kann ich aktuell meine hübsche 2-Zimmerwohnung in Frankfurt-Niederrad leider nicht nutzen. Deshalb möchte ich sie gerne voll möbliert und voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine im Keller) für 6 Monate zwischen vermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im alten Teil von Niederrad direkt an der Rennbahn. Sie ist verkehrsgünstig sowohl an Innenstadt als auch an den Flughafen angebunden. Die Tramlinien 12, 15 und 21 sowie die Buslinien 51, 61 und 78 fahren direkt vor der Haustür. Der S-Bahnhof Niederrad (Linie S8 und S9) ist zu Fuß in 15 min oder mit Tram/Bus in 5 min zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung und auch das Mainufer ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
