The 40 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a new queensize bed (1,60 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a small bath with a bathtub. A TV and free WiFi are included. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 26.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay. From the traditional Brauhaus and exquisite restaurants to the trendy bars and nightclubs everything is offered.
