Please treat my furniture and personal belongings with care and respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels low. I expect to find the apartment in the same state as handed over to you. Please respect the non-smoking policy inside the entire building. No guests, pets or parties allowed! Due to organizational reasons we can only give you one set of keys. German law on illegal downloads, streaming and file sharing activities is very strict, and also enforced very effectively. It is therefore forbidden to engage in any such activities using our internet connection during your stay. We will ask you to cover any legal costs that might arise, should you ignore this rule. Therefore, please use the Wifi carefully on legal sites only and do not stream!
