Additional Information

The fee for cleaning in the end will cost 300€ It has to be paid only the costs that the cleaning costs in the end depending on the condition of the flat after moving out. We also offer weekly or monthly cleaning service if needed for an additional price. The rental price includes all costs like heater, TV, Internet, Energy, Fresh Water, Old Water, rubbish, Also included is the fee for the house service (garden etc.) The flat will be cleaned and disinfected by a company after every rental.
